Please pray for a friend of mine who I have been separated from. She is in a bad marriage with an emotionally abusive husband. She almost broke free a year ago but did not. Since then, I continued to be her friend and discuss a lot of faith, but her husband did not like me talking with her and so ended the friendship we had. She reached back out a couple months later to apologize for her husband’s behavior but then he must have been patrolling her phone because he soon threatened me to stay away from his wife or else. And now I just have so much worry that she is in an escalated situation of abuse. Please pray for God to grace her with courage, strength, confidence, and self-worth to see the truth of her abuse and to admit it to herself and to someone else. And please pray that God brings freedom, healing, and safety to my friend for her sake and for His glory. Also please pray that if it is the Lord’s will that my friend and I are reunited in our friendship. Please pray for me that I may hope and trust in the Lord that He will act. Thank you.
