Christ is Baptized!
Today we celebrate Theophany, when Christ's divinity is revealed at His baptism with the words, "This is my beloved son with whom I am well pleased."
The Father also delights in us! He is pleased with us! As we celebrate the divinity of Christ and are amazed at the Father's delight in Jesus, let us be comforted by His delight in us. He celebrates our wins and successes, He laughs at the silly things we do, He has an abundance and outpouring of love for us. Let us revel in our beloved sonship, our beloved daughtership while also celebrating Christ's divinity.
